Cancellation Policy

I require a minimum 48 hours notice for cancelation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a cancelation fee.  Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time with me, Jamie Lynn Harmon, will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book services with me.
 

Please note that cancelations need to be made via phone call or text not via email, Facebook, Instagram or other forms of communication.  That number is 231-233-5662.

A card on file will be required for all new clients. Once card has been filed, all new clients will receive an email from Square approving your consent to this. Once approved your booking will be confirmed.

Late Arrivals, No Shows, Refunds, & Bridal Parties

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call me and let me know at 231-233-5662.  I will call or text any late client 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if I have not been able to contact you, your appointment time will be opened up to my cancellation list and may be given away to clients waiting to see me.  If you show up late your services may be altered to fit the remaining scheduled appointment time and if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be forfeited.  If either of these happen you will still be responsible for the FULL AMOUNT of the services booked.

If you do not show up or call after your scheduled appointment time you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved.  You will also be required to have a credit card on fil
e with Jamie to secure any further bookings.  Clients who no show more than 1 time will have to prepay in full for their services while scheduling the appointment.

I have a no refund policy.  I offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion, no exceptions.  


Any booking spanning more than 3 hours or group bookings like weddings or special events must be secured with a booking fee.  This fee is 50% of the total estimated value of the services.  This booking fee can be paid via phone with any major credit card or in person during business hours at a predetermined time.  This fee is non refundable.  In the event of cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in my policies above.  Please do not bring your children with you to a lengthy appointment as the salon is a dangerous place and my space is very limited.
